Allie Bell wins Miss Arkansas' Teen 2023!


Miss Ouachita River’s Teen Allie Bell was crowned Miss Arkansas’ Teen 2023 on Friday night at Robinson Center in Little Rock. Nearly 1,500 were on hand to see the naming of the Top 15 Semi-Finalists and the final competition for the crown.

She won a $10,100 scholarship courtesy of the Miss Arkansas Organization and more than $25,000 in awards, wardrobe and gifts. She will represent Arkansas at the 2023 Miss America’s Teen Pageant. She will make appearances across the state promoting her personal platform “Finish What He Started: Opioid Abuse Awareness.”

Bell was crowned by the outgoing Miss Arkansas Teen, Ka’Mya Tackett, of Conway. Also, on hand today to assist with crowning was Miss Arkansas 2022 Ebony Mitchell.


Nearly $50,000 in scholarships were awarded to the Teen contestants during the week of competition.

Bell is the daughter of Rob and Kara Bell of Conway. She is a graduate of Conway High School with plans to start Ouachita Baptist University this fall. For her talent she performed a jazz dance to “Don’t Rain on My Parade.”

Bell will take home a total of $11,600 in scholarships from the awards she won this week.

The other Top Five Finalists were:

- 1st Runner Up – Southwest Arkansas’ Teen Chloe Hargis

She will receive a $3,000 scholarship provided by Bruce Hawkins & Camie Boggs (DBH Management)

- 2nd Runner Up – Greater Jonesboro’s Teen Sophie Puckett

She will receive a $2,500 scholarship provided by the Miss Arkansas Scholarship Foundation.

- 3rd Runner Up – Greater Little Rock’s Teen Bella Crowe

She will receive a $2,250 scholarship provided by Hannah Caldwell Wright / Royal We

- 4th Runner Up – Natural State’s Teen Stevie St. John

She will receive a $1,500 scholarship provided by Mark and Cathy Lay in honor of Miss Arkansas Outstanding Teen 2019 / 2020 Sarah Cate Lay.

The remaining Top Fifteen Finalists will each receive a $500 scholarship. They were (in competition order):
